While an utterly unoriginal origin story, I have been taking pictures ever since I was old enough to hold a camera.

From stealing my Dad’s Polaroid, to my sister’s (rarely functional) Barbie digital camera, I have been obsessed with trying to capture the things and the people I love most on film ever since I was little. Perhaps a genetic trait, as my grandmother and mother both meticulously documented their lives through a lens, I inherited that same propensity and have spent my life trying to document moments both large and small, to give them more permanent space in my memory.
